Well after 4 days of being surrounded by thousands of show dogs, Assistance Dogs, agility dogs and many others, we can honestly say that Rossi and I are absolutely shattered!  

 

We spent our days on the the stands of Dog A.I.D, Help for Heroes, Kennel Club Read & Bark, Discover Dogs and West Midlands Police Dogs stands showing the world what Rossi can do and raising funds for charity.

 

On our breaks we would nip out for a loo break and to stretch Rossi's legs, then bump into many others on their fag/fresh air breaks.  Always "on duty" we would do our little bit to educate the world about Dog A.I.D. and Rossi.  For a man with limited speech I managed quite well (even if I do say so myself).  

 

We managed to meet so many friendly Assistance Dogs from the other Assistance Dog charites and made some new friends on our wanders around.  We met some lovely fellow Rotties at Discover Dogs.  I can't remember the dogs name, but we met the most  adorable of bitches with one eye (after an accident

with a pony).  I'd have taken her home if she'd wanted a forever home.  She really was the most loving and affectionate of bitches.

 

Only a year till we can go again :-)

 

I have learned that the biggest disability any of may ever face is our own attitudes.
